Data we collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, company), the RFP documents and links you upload, the Company Brain content you save, and the proposal drafts generated for you. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
Your content is used solely to generate, store, and export your proposal drafts, and to operate your account (billing, usage limits, support). We do not sell your data, and we do not use your proprietary company content to train public models.
Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded files live in a private bucket that only your account can read. Access rules are enforced at the database level per user.
Retention and deletion
You may delete proposals, uploads, and Company Brain profiles at any time from your dashboard. Request full account deletion by emailing us and we will remove your data within 30 days.
