Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. New accounts receive one free proposal draft credit.
Plans and billing
Pay-per-draft purchases are $2 and grant one proposal credit. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance: Solo includes 10 drafts per month, Pro includes unlimited drafts, and Agency includes unlimited drafts with up to 5 Company Brain profiles. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; cancellations keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly drafts do not roll over.
Acceptable use
You may not use RFP Scribe to submit knowingly false certifications, to misrepresent your company's qualifications, or to violate procurement rules. Generated drafts are a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing every submission for accuracy and compliance.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the drafts generated for your account. We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying software.
No warranty of award
RFP Scribe does not guarantee any contract award, evaluation score, or compliance determination. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
